1. What are you buying?

Compare two offers for the same kind of cleaning supply. Enter the information from each vendor's quote. Nothing is uploaded or sent to BeVim.

Choose a common measurement, then enter the total amount you actually receive from each supplier in that measurement.
Example: If Vendor A offers 4 bottles containing 32 fluid ounces each, choose Fluid ounce and enter 128 usable units for Vendor A. If Vendor B offers 2 gallons, enter 256 fluid ounces. Compare like with like.

5. Create a supplier quote request

Prepare one clear request for several suppliers. Ask each supplier for the same items and terms so their responses are easier to compare. Nothing is sent automatically.

Supplies to quote

Include size, material, concentration, brand requirements, or acceptable equivalents in the specifications. Quantity means the amount you want to order.

We'll ask every supplier to include: itemized prices, package sizes and usable quantities, shipping and taxes, minimum order requirements, availability, lead time, payment terms, and quote expiration date.
